 PROMOTIONAL SERVICE PACKAGE BY FINNOVATION PTE LTDI ) Incorporation of Private Limited Company and Corporate Secretaryship
1. Incorporation of Private Limited Company or conversion
from Sole Proprietorship/Partnership to Private Limited Company which includes
all necessary information and steps to register.
2. Preparation of standard Memorandum and Articles of Association. 3. Preparation of directors’ resolutions for opening of bank accounts. 4.
Preparation of other necessary initial directors’
resolutions. All the above work 1 to 5 at an
incredible S$250.00 net.
A) Fulfilling as the new company’s registered corporate secretary. B) Conduct all necessary work as corporate secretary e.g., drafting of directors’ resolutions, board of directors’ annual and extraordinary general minutes of meetings etc. All the above work A) and B) provided free of charge for the first year if we incorporate a new company or convert a sole proprietorship/partnership to a private limited company provided work as corporate secretary is basic and does not include other extensive requirements other than basic work. From the second year onwards, fees for corporate secretarialship are chargeable at S$400.00 net for basic corporate work. II ) Accounting Service Depending on each company’s requirement, accounting services can be provided annually, twice a year, quarterly or monthly. Fees chargeable are based on the complexity and volume of transactions. It can be as low as S$250.00 net a year if the company in question is dormant to S$450 a year for a company which has little and straight forward transactions and higher for companies which have more active and complicated transactions. III ) Taxation Service Taxation Services are available depending on each company’s requirements. Fees chargeable are based on complexity and amount of time to be incurred on each case. Fees can be as low as S$200.00 net for a relatively straight forward case on minimising of corporate tax liability. IV ) Payroll Service Payroll Services are available depending on each company’s requirements. Fees chargeable are based on whether it is to be conducted once or twice a month and the number of salaried employees on the payroll. Fees chargeable can be as low as S$200.00 net per month.
V ) Audit Service
Audit Services are available depending on each company’s requirements. Fees chargeable are based on the complexity and number of accounting transactions. It can be as low as S$900.00 for a dormant company to higher for companies which are more complex and have more accounting transactions. VI ) Accounting and Financial Consultancies Accounting and other Financial
Consultancies are available depending on each company’s requirements. Fees
chargeable are based on the nature, complexity and volume of work involved.
Examples of consultancies include but not restricted to share valuation, set up
of accounting and internal control systems, computerisation of accounting
systems, process re-engineering etc. Fees chargeable can start from as low as S$300.00 net per consultancy.
